Privacy Policy
InsureWise Enterprise respects your privacy. This explains what we collect and what we do with it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, company, work email, mobile, credit sales range, industry, usual payment terms, and whether you’ve written off bad debt. If you go ahead, we also receive the customer list you choose to send.
Why we collect it
To get you an indicative price, to answer your enquiry, and to arrange cover if you decide to proceed.
Who we share it with
Insurers and their underwriting teams, only as far as needed to assess your risk or arrange your cover. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to look after your enquiry or your policy, and afterwards for the period the law and our regulator require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Write to alan@insurewise.my and we will respond.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing is set on your device beyond what your browser needs to display the page.
