InsureWise Enterprise is a general insurance agency for Malaysian SMEs. I’m Alan Teong, the founder. I’ve been an insurance agent since 2014.

The work covers three things a business can lose. What customers owe it: trade credit insurance. Its people: group medical and group personal accident. Its premises and stock: fire, property, public liability and fleet.

InsureWise runs as your company’s insurance department. Before recommending anything, I review the policies you already have and keep what’s already right. Renewals are tracked so no cover lapses. Staff lists are kept up to date as people join and leave. Claims are followed through with the insurer until they’re paid.

Clients include oil palm companies, JMBs, solar firms, engineering firms and government-linked agencies. Between them, they’ve had more than RM1,000,000 in claims paid.
